Christian de Portzamparc’s website has new renderings of his project at 400 Park Avenue South, where excavation work is currently underway. The renderings show a beautiful and iconic building, even though its height is only 476 feet. Compared with previous renderings, the latest update paints a much clearer (and more stunning) picture. 400 Park Avenue South is sure to cement Portzamparc as one of New York’s true ‘starchitects’ especially as his other notable new work–One57–nears completion.
