Post-Blizzard Update: One57, Central Park Skyline
Manhattan had its first major snowfall in two years on Friday night, and the resulting scenery on Saturday was gorgeous. Central Park is one of the only ‘natural’ places on the island to retain snow that doesn’t turn to brown mush, made better by the fact that trails are shoveled almost immediately after snow stops falling.
One57 now dominates the Central Park skyline, though its reign at the top will be short-lived, as 432 Park is already rising quickly. You can actually see 1715 Broadway peeking out from the bottom-right corner of the first photo, as well.
