618 Morris Avenue: Melody Development has re-issued applications for a two-story and 8,260 square-foot commercial structure spanning the vacant lots of 614-622 Morris Avenue, in Melrose; Shahriar Afshari is listed as the architect of record.

BROOKLYN:

744 Bedford Avenue: Bedford Roth Holding has filed applications for a seven-story and 104-unit mixed-use building of 103,385 square feet — equipped with 18,000 square feet of commercial space — spanning 744-752 Bedford Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing two-story building must first be demolished, and Salamon Engineering is designing.

1082 East 92nd Street: Metropolitan Homes has filed applications for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 1,920 square feet at the vacant lot of 1082 East 92nd Street, in Canarsie.

QUEENS:

29-26 Northern Boulevard: Applications have been filed to begin excavation at the site of a planned 45-story and 415-unit residential building — with 13,579 square feet of retail — spanning 29-26 – 29-32 Northern Boulevard, in Long Island City. An existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in August, and the majority of the site is vacant.

STATEN ISLAND:

25 Putnam Street: Applications have been filed for a single-story and 3,568 square-foot commercial building at 25 Putnam Street, in Eltingville; an existing auto-body shop must first be demolished.

240 Wellbrook Avenue: Applications have been filed to expand the existing single-story structure at 238-240 Wellbrook Avenue — in Manor Heights — to a three-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 2,400 square feet.
