320 West Fordham Road [New York Daily]: Massey Knakal is marketing a $30 million development site at 320 West Fordham Road, in University Heights, which has one million square feet in building potential.

1508 Bushwick Avenue [Brownstoner]: Metro Industrial Realty is marketing the development site located at 1508 Bushwick Avenue — in southern Bushwick — for an undetermined price. The site comes with 10,000 square feet of development potential, and an existing gas station would need to be removed.

Howard Hughes Seaport Tower [Wall Street Journal]: Howard Hughes Corp. has revised their proposed Seaport Tower downwards, and it will now stand 42 stories and 494 feet tall. SHoP has released updated renderings, and the project is to begin proceeding through ULURP.

22-12 Jackson Avenue [The Real Deal]: The development site at 22-12 Jackson Avenue — in Long Island City — is now on the market “asking for $53.5 million. The site currently is home to a small single-story structure, and contains “169,500 square feet of development rights.”

951 Pacific Street [Brownstoner]: Dubbed R-951 Residence, a four-story, three-unit fully energy sustainable townhouse — located at 951 Pacific Street, in Crown Heights — has topped out and is set to receive a special curtain wall. The 5,600 square-foot building is being designed by Paul Castrucci.

304 North 7th Street [Crain’s New York]: Adam America — partnered with Naveh Shuster and Slate Property Group — has purchased the development site at 304 North 7th Street, in Williamsburg, for $18.3 million. The site has 42,300 square feet of development potential, and an existing warehouse must first be demolished.

525 West 52nd Street [Commercial Observer]: The City is handing over the development site of 525 West 52nd Street, in Hell’s Kitchen, to Clinton Housing Development Corporation ahead of construction. Plans include a 405-unit, 450,000 square-foot mixed-use building, and a 103-unit residential building is also in store for 530-548 West 53rd Street.
