553 Canal Street [Curbed]: The 6,300 square-foot Spring Street Salt Shed at 553 Canal Street, in Hudson Square, is now rising. Dattner Architects is designing, and completion is expected “by the end of the year.”

363 Lafayette Street [The Real Deal]: Olmstead Properties is looking to sell their 5,500 square-foot development site spanning 357-371 Lafayette Street, in NoHo, which “may fetch up to $35 million.” An office or residential project “between six to eight stories” could be accommodated, and would include retail along the ground floor.

100 Bogart Street [Real Estate Weekly]: “Construction has begun” on Vlat LLC’s six-story, 56,000 square-foot mixed-use commercial building spanning 100-102 Bogart Street, in East Williamsburg. Retail space will amount to 8,000 square feet, and “50 to 60 [artists’] studios” will occupy the floors above.

331 Park Avenue South [The Real Deal]: Metro Loft has acquired the 12-story building at 331 Park Avenue South, in the Flatiron District, for $39.5 million. The broker stated the new owner “will likely convert the property into condominiums.”

93 North 9th Street

93 North 9th Street [New York Post]: Colt Equities has acquired the single-story, 10,000 square-foot building at 93 North 9th Street, in Williamsburg, for $9 million. Plans include constructing an open-air second story and a “new retail façade.”
