1183 Franklin Avenue: Magnusson Architecture & Planning has filed applications for a planned 12-story, 112-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 102,000 square feet at 1183 Franklin Avenue — a.k.a. 1180-1182 Fulton Avenue — in Morrisania. Renderings were revealed last month, and the site’s single-story predecessor was removed in 2014.

1068 Lafayette Avenue: Atkins Partners has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 1068 Lafayette Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant near Broadway. Shahriar Afshari is designing.
735 Greene Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building measuring 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 735 Greene Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Olabanji B Awosika is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was removed in 2009.
247 Skillman Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,650 square feet at 247 Skillman Street, in northern East Williamsburg. Michael Avramides is designing, and an existing single-story structure recently passed pre-demolition inspection.
827 Jefferson Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, seven-unit residential buildings — each measuring roughly 4,700 square feet — spanning 827-829 Jefferson Avenue, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Grasso Menziuso Architects is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
27 Hill Street: Eliya Properties has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring 2,741 square feet at the vacant lot of 27 Hill Street, in eastern Cypress Hills.
QUEENS:
151-15 29th Avenue: Star Development II of NYC has filed applications for a two-story, single-family house measuring 2,200 square feet at 151-15 29th Avenue, in Murray Hill. The existing single-story structure was recently approved for demolition.
80-02 209th Street: Applications have been filed for a single-story, nearly 2,600 square-foot religious structure at 80-02 209th Street, in Hollis Hills. An existing two-story abode must first be demolished.
