10 Jay Street [Curbed]: A proposal has been made before the Landmarks Preservation Commission of the ODA-designed residential conversion of the existing 10-story building spanning 10-18 Jay Street, in Dumbo. Plans call for a new façade and 46 residential units with “retail on the ground floor.”

45-07 Court Square [LIC Post]: The two-story building spanning 45-01 – 45-07 Court Square, in Long Island City, has been purchased by an LLC for $15.75 million. Applications were filed last year for an 11-story, 73-unit mixed-use building measuring 62,900 square feet.

87 Wythe Avenue [Crain’s Business]: Cayuga Capital has acquired the single-story warehouse at 85 Wythe Avenue, in Williamsburg, for $14.5 million, completing their development assemblage. Plans call for a 12-story, “roughly 100,000 square-foot office building,” and construction will begin “later this year.”

1185 Broadway [The Real Deal]: Hotel developer Flag Luxury Properties has acquired the single-story structure at 1185 Broadway and the seven-story parking garage at 29 West 28th Street, in NoMad, for $100 million. The assemblage boasts “a total of 181,660 buildable square feet.”

240 East 54th Street

240 East 54th Street [The Real Deal]: JTRE Holdings has recently acquired the three-story, 30,000 square-foot building at 240 East 54th Street, in Midtown East, for $21 million. Plans include completely converting the building to retail, and tenants have already signed on.

140-17 Queens Boulevard [DNAinfo]: A planned four-story, 49-key hotel has topped out at 140-17 Queens Boulevard, in Jamaica. The building will be home to SpringHill Suites and “is slated to open by the end of the year.”
