388 Greenwich Street [Tribeca Citizen]: Citigroup plans to renovate and re-clad a substantial portion of the 2.7-million square-foot complex spanning 388-390 Greenwich Street, in Tribeca. Construction has already begun, and completion is expected by 2019.

860 Washington Street

860 Washington Street [New York Times]: Property Group Partners’ 10-story, nearly 115,000 square-foot office building — located at 860 Washington Street, in the Meatpacking District — appears to have topped out. Retail space will span the first two floors of the James Carpenter-designed building, and “tenants could begin moving [in] by the end of this year.”

889 Bushwick Avenue [Brownstoner]: Bushwick Realty Holding is renovating the neglected four-story, 24-unit apartment building at 889 Bushwick Avenue, in central Bushwick. The “interior [has] been completely gutted,” and the structure was acquired for $15 million last year.

115 Franklin Place

115 Franklin Place [Commercial Observer]: Greystone, partnered with Sentosa Care, plans to construct a five-story, 280-bed nursing facility measuring 178,850 square feet spanning multiple lots at 115 Franklin Place, in Woodmere. The $85 million building “is due for completion in early 2017,” and multiple low-rise structures must first be demolished.

823 11th Avenue [Curbed]: Álvaro Siza is reportedly designing a “400-foot-tall residential tower” at the corner property of 823-825 11th Avenue, on the Far West Side; the site is zoned for 128,400 square feet. Sumaida & Khurana is developing, and an existing six-story structure must first be demolished.

29-07 Queens Plaza North

29-07 Queens Plaza North [The Court Square Blog]: The 31-story, nearly 179,300 square-foot building at 29-07 Queens Plaza North, in Long Island City, has topped out. The façade is now enveloping the upper floors, and completion is expected this Fall; the structure will contain a 160-key Marriott, and 135 residential units.
