Soundview Partners has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building at 39-32 28th Street, north of Court Square in Long Island City. The project will encompass 3,313 square feet of  residential space, and Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing. An existing two-story brick abode must first be demolished.

    Referring to this as being “north of Court Square” is like saying a development on Madison Square Park is “West of Stuy-town”; it’s true, but there’s other stuff in between. This is a few blocks north of Queens Plaza in the Dutch Kills area of LIC.
