Last spring, YIMBY brought you news of the condo conversion underway at 200 East 62nd Street, where 115 condo units are being sculpted out of a 30-story rental tower. YIMBY can now reveal new renderings of the transformation, which is being designed by Greenwich Village-based Messana O’Rorke.

O’Connor Capital Partners is converting the building, which was built in 1967, and units will range from one- to five-bedrooms. Sales have already begun, and occupancy is expected this fall.
