In December, the 11-story, 49-unit mixed-use building under construction at 285 West 110th Street (a.k.a. 2040 Frederick Douglass Boulevard), in Harlem, was nine stories in height. Today, the structure is topped out, Harlem+Bespoke reports. The building will boast a variety of unit configurations and 10 of the condos will be sold at below market rates. Retail and community facility space will also be located on the cellar, ground, and second floors. Artimus Construction is the developer of the building, which is dubbed Circa, and FXFOWLE Architects is designing it. Completion is slated for 2017.
