Tomer Erlich, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, 10-unit residential building at 511 Lafayette Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant, located around the corner from the Bedford-Nostrand Avs. stop on the G train. The structure will measure 11,484 square feet and its residential units should average 789 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Each floor will host two apartments, although the bottom two units will feature additional space in the cellar, and one of the fourth-floor units will include space in an upper penthouse level. Robert Bianchini’s Forest Hills-based ARC Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. The 40-foot-wide site’s former three-story building was demolished earlier this year.
