Staten Island-based EJM Development has filed applications for two three-story, two-family houses at 223-227 Collfield Avenue, in Westerleigh, located along Staten Island’s North Shore. Each will measure 4,130 square feet and the units will boast family-sized configurations. There will be one apartment located on each ground floor, followed by another apartment spanning each second and third floor. In addition, each house will feature a 275-square-foot, single-car garage. Emanuel Lo Bue’s Staten Island-based architectural firm Lo Bau Valenziano is the architect of record. The 100-foot-wide, 10,000-square-foot property was occupied by a single-story house until it was demolished last month. The lot has already been subdivided into two 50-foot-wide tax lots.
