An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 187 Johnson Avenue, in Williamsburg. The project will measure 7,157 square feet and its residential units should average 687 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two apartments per floor, plus penthouse space for one of the units on the fourth floor. Diego B. Aguilera’s Rego Park-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,500-square-foot lot occupied by a single-story garage. Demolition permits have notĀ been filed.
