Construction has topped out 60 feet above street level on the six-story, 13-unit residential project under development at 15 West 119th Street, in Harlem. The structure can be seen in a photo posted to Harlem+Bespoke. The latest building permits indicate the project measures 13,813 square feet. Six-Story, 13-Unit Residential Project Rises to Third Floor at 15 West 119th Street, Harlem

Back in November of 2014, YIMBY revealed renderings of a six-story, 16-unit residential building planned at 15 West 119th Street, in Harlem. Construction is now underway on the project, which has reached three stories above street level and continues to rise, Harlem+Bespoke reports. Since our last report, the new building applications have been amended slightly. They indicate a six-story, 13-unit building that will measure 13,813 square feet. The apartments should average 824 square feet apiece, and amenities include a storage room for eight bikes, recreational space in the cellar, and a rooftop terrace. Since the units also come with balconies, condominiums may be in the works. Pielet Brothers Construction is the developer, while Design + Urbanism Architectural is designing (replacing Melamed Architect). Completion can probably be expected in 2017.
