Designed by Building Studio Architects as the architect of record and developed by L3 Capital, which acquired the property from RedSky Capital in 2020, the 30-foot-tall structure will yield 24,000 square feet as either a single-tenant retail flagship or a multi-tenant mixed-use property. RS JZ Bedford-N 6th, LLC is listed as the owner and McGowan Builders is the general contractor for the project, which is located on an interior lot between North 6th and North 7th Streets.
