200 Amsterdam’s Building Permits Upheld in Victorious New York Court of Appeals Ruling

Yesterday 200 Amsterdam Avenue, a 668-foot-tall residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, conclusively won the long legal battle that allows for new construction without the fear of new retroactively enforced interpretations on those permits. The New York Court of Appeals denied an opposition group’s attempt to appeal a previous court’s ruling upholding the validity of 200 Amsterdam’s building permits.
