18-Story, 25-Unit Condo Project Nearly Topped-Out At 210 West 77th Street, Upper West Side

In September of 2014, YIMBY revealed renderings of the Naftali Group’s 18-story, 25-unit building planned at 210 West 77th Street, on the Upper West Side, and this past summer, we brought you a sales update. Now, the structure is roughly two floors from topping out, courtesy of the latest from Tectonic. Thomas Juul-Hansen is designing the project, which will also include an approximately 2,500 square-foot retail component, and completion is currently expected by the end of 2016.

Sales Bounce Back After Slow Start for 210 West 77th Street

Revealed by YIMBY last September, Naftali Group has redesigned the interiors of their under-construction 18-story, 25-condo-unit mixed-use building at 210 West 77th Street, on the Upper West Side. After the initial sales launch failed, changes were implemented to include more amenities, and now almost half of the units have gone into contract, reports Crain’s Business. Occupancy is expected in the Fall of 2016.
