An anonymous Bronx-based LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 529 East 187th Street, located on the corner of Bathgate Avenue in the Bronx’s Belmont neighborhood. The new building will measure 6,875 square feet and its residential units should average 688 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments.
