The apartments should average 990 square feet apiece. Zarina Kindo’s Brooklyn-based ARCON Studio is the architect of record. The 2,643-square-foot plot is occupied by a single-story structure. Demolition permits have not been filed.

The building will measure 7,934 square feet, which includes a 1,760 square-foot healthcare facility on the ground and cellar levels. Beginning on the second floor, there will be two units per floor, averaging a rental-sized 617 square feet apiece. Zarina Ross’ Coney Island-based Arcon Studio is the applicant of record, and an existing two-story brick house must first be demolished.
