Construction is nearing completion on Ivy and Green, a new rental property at 1 Park Avenue in Hackensack, New Jersey. The project is the latest from developer Hornrock Properties and design partner Minno & Wasko Architects. When complete, the building will have 221 apartments that range from studios up to two-bedroom homes.

One Harrison aka One Harrison Avenue, is the newest residential complex to open in Harrison, New Jersey. This is a waterfront, 257-unit rental property complete with 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. A collection of one- and two-bedroom residences start at $1700 per month with occupancy immediately available. BNE Real Estate Group and HornRock Properties are the two developers. The site is located at by the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Dey Street, and sits directly next to the Passaic River.
Paramus, N.J.-based Hornrock Properties is proposing a five-story, 260-unit residential building at 1 Harrison Avenue, located on the corner of Dey Street in Harrison, New Jersey, across the Passaic River from downtown Newark. The project will include 267 off-street parking spaces, probably in the form of a parking garage, Jersey Digs reported. The site is largely vacant except for a defunct gas station and a dilapidated two-story warehouse. The Harrison Town Planning Board must approve the project. NJ Transit’s Newark Broad Street station is five blocks away.
