Leser Group Pursues Zoning Amendments for New Office Building at 101 Fleet Place, in Downtown Brooklyn

New York City-based real estate developer Leser Group recently filed for zoning map amendments to facilitate the construction of a commercial development at 101 Fleet Place, in Downtown Brooklyn. If approved by the New York City Planning Commission, the 14-story office building would comprise 209,354 square feet with anticipated completion by 2021.

Now new building applications have surfaced for a five-story hotel at 411 Van Brunt Street, only a block from the waterfront.
