EPIRE, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, has announced the acquisition of development rights to construct a new mixed-use property in Jersey City. Located at 161 Second Street within the historic Powerhouse Arts District, the through-block building will comprise 100,000 square feet including both residential and retail components.
Construction has officially begun for the Lively, an 18-story mixed-use building at 321 Warren Street, Jersey City, New Jersey. The site is by the Hudson River waterfront, and just four blocks away from the Grove Street train station, first stop along the PATH trains in New Jersey. Fogarty Finger Architecture is responsible for the design.
In 2015, an 18-story building was set to rise at the corner of Warren and Steuben streets in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District. Since then, a new developer and architect have taken over the site. Now, YIMBY the first look at the new design for 321 Warren Street.
