Located on the corner of Meserole Street and Humboldt Street, the lot is one block west of the Montrose Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Josh Greenfeld of Miron Realty Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
When the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission (LPC) approved the conversion of the 137-year-old Domino Sugar Refinery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the development quickly became one of the most talked about construction projects in Brooklyn. Practice for Architecture and Urbanism (PAU), the architects responsible for the visionary conversion, return this week to the LPC with changes for its previously approved design.
Permits have been filed for a 27-story mixed-use building at 24 Boerum Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Lorimer Street, the lot is steps away from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G train. The Collective, a London-based co-living real estate company, is listed as the owner behind the applications. The firm will officially launch its first New York City location at Long Island City’s Paper Factory this fall.
Condominium sales have launched for Milk Factory at 850 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, following the residential conversion of the former Borden Dairy distribution facility. The development team has announced that occupancy is anticipated by the fall of 2019.
