The Highline

The development siteconsists of an assemblage of three contiguous parcels located at 153 10th Avenue, 507 West 19th Street and 511 West 19th Street (Block 691, Lots 25, 27 & 29). The site’s principal address is 153 10th Avenue, which is located on the Northwest corner of 19th Street and Currently in the design phase, the project consists of over 92,000 square feet of gross residential condominiums and an approximately 8,000 square foot commercial condominium. The buildings are connected beneath the High Line and will feature views, as well as convenient access to the High Line and the Hudson River.
