188 Ludlow is a new high-rise on the Lower East Side, which had been stalled for quite some time. As you can see, the project is no longer on ice, and is actually nearing completion. For a relatively short building, it’s actually quite visible given its low-rise surroundings. The tower is 23 stories tall and has 243 units, and the architects are Costas Kondylis.
