The 123-foot tall structure yields 413,150 square feet, with 290,750 square feet dedicated to the residential use and 3,200 square feet for commercial use. The average unit will be 680 square feet, but tenants will have access to more than 50,000 square feet dedicated to indoor and outdoor amenities. Those include a 70-foot long saltwater rooftop pool with sundecks.

Also on the rooftop, a lounge, barbecues, cabanas for outdoor eating, and bocce courts. Residents will have access to a fitness center, a staffed health club, yoga studio, basketball court, library, game room, and a private courtyard with a greenhouse for gardening and private events. There will be a full-time lifestyle director to manage the building’s amenity program to work with the needs of each resident.

“This pioneering property truly has something for everyone – whether you’re hoping for an active lifestyle, a quick commute to Midtown Manhattan, or beautiful dining and pool facilities to entertain friends and family, ARC has it,” says Mitchell Hochberg, Lightstone President. “We are excited to begin leasing and welcome residents to this one-of-a-kind luxury living space.”

There will be studios, one bedroom, and two-bedroom units available, all with nine-foot-tall ceilings and the option for in-room washers and dryers. Studios start at $1,800, one bedroom at $2,300, and two bedrooms at $3,500.
