Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1702 Quentin Road, in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. The site is by Kings Highway, a major commercial street with healthy foot-traffic and a public library four blocks east. Two blocks west is the thoroughfare’s eponymous Subway Station, serviced by the B and Q trains. An anonymous LLC will be responsible for development.

The 75-foot tall structure will yield 23,930 square feet for residential use. 26 apartments will be created, averaging 920 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have a lobby, bicycle storage space, parking for eight vehicles, and an accessory recreation space and laundry area on the ground floor.

The Manhattan based-Dome Architecture & Design Group is the architect of record for the project.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
