Permits have been filed by an anonymous LLC for a four-story residential building at 2272 Pacific Street, in Brownsville, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the East New York Train Station, serviced by the Long Island Railroad trains. Six blocks away is the major Broadway Junction subway intersection, serviced by the A, C, J, L, M, and Z trains.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 9,250 square feet of space, with 7,340 square feet dedicated to residential use. Nine apartments will be created, averaging 816 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

Mezzanine space will expand units on the first and fourth floors. A rooftop terrace will crown the project, and Thomas Kenneth Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
