Permits have been filed for a two-story commercial building at 4202 13th Avenue, in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The site is eight blocks away from the Fort Hamilton Parkway Subway Station, serviced by the D trains. Eleven blocks to the north is Church Avenue, serviced by the F and G trains. TRAC NYC will be responsible for development.

The 30-foot tall structure will yield 14,900 square feet of space, with 9,600 square feet dedicated to commercial use. The ground floor will be divided into two spaces, one encompassing 1,620 square feet, and the other totaling at 2,125 square feet. The second floor creates 4,150 square feet for a single retail space.

Beam Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the recently vacated structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
