Permits Filed for Affordable Housing at 376 Warwick Street, East New York, Brooklyn

Fresh permits have revealed a small new affordable residential development at 376 Warwick Street, in East New York, Brooklyn. The four-family home will stand 29 feet or three stories tall.

The corner lot is currently vacant and measures 4,500 square feet, but will eventually accommodate 5,904 square feet of living space. The total construction area measures 8,364 square feet.

The development is a joint venture from the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and the Housing Preservation & Development (HPD) organizations that partner to construct and rehabilitate both single and multi-family homes that foster affordable home ownership opportunities for low income New Yorkers.
