Located in the southwest corner of Long Island City, a new, three-story industrial building will take shape along a winding, undeveloped stretch of Newton Creek. The lot measures 37,543 square feet, and is officially zoned for warehouse, storage, and light industrial use.

The new building will comprise 19,559 square feet of manufacturing area and 9,008 square feet of unspecified commercial area for a proposed total area of 28,568 square feet.

Kingdom Associates will oversee development of the project with T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects in charge of design.
