Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use structure at 1121 36th Street, in Kensington, Brooklyn. The site is eight blocks away from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the F and G trains, and nine blocks away from the 9th Avenue subway station, serviced by the D trains. Mina Group LLC is behind the applications.

The 39-foot tall structure will yield 8,060 square feet, with 1,550 square feet dedicated to a ground floor medical facility, and 6,520 square feet for residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 1,086 square feet, indicating condominiums.

Asher Hershkowitz Architect PLLC is listed as responsible for the development.

Demolition permits is expected to start by the end of May. Completion is expected by January of 2019.
