Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1165 Hoe Avenue in Foxhurst, Bronx. The site will be located three blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by 2 and 5 trains, and six blocks away from the Whitlock Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Cherryann Sankar is listed as responsible for the development.

The 47-foot tall structure will yield 7,960 square feet, with 6921 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 692 square feet apiece, indicating rental use. Tenants will have access to storage and ground floor recreational space. The top floor will feature a duplex unit extending from the fourth floor and onto the rooftop.
