New permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 326 Avenue U, in Gravesend, Brooklyn. The filing confirms that the lot has changed ownership since YIMBY covered earlier plans in 2016. The Avenue U subway station is on the block, serviced by the F train. Astoria-based Vardo Construction Corporation is listed as behind the applications.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 9,060 square feet, with 6,340 square feet dedicated to residential use. Five apartments have been created, averaging 1,270 square feet, indicating condominiums. Units will occupy full floors. A recreational room will be created in the cellar.

IMC Architecture DPC will be handling design.

The estimated completion date has not been announced, and permit approval is pending.
