The 188-foot tall structure will yield 49,700 square feet, with 3,130 square feet dedicated to medical facilities, 3,950 square feet for ground floor retail shops, and 42,620 square feet for residential use. 78 apartments will be created, averaging 546 square feet apiece. The lot is currently vacant, meaning construction can start as soon as permits are approved. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  2. Is this now the parking lot?

  3. Sheepshead Bay is dead.
