Permits have been filed for a six-story building at 777 Glenmore Avenue in the Cypress Hills neighborhood of Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the 80th Street subway station, serviced by the A trains. Joel Schwartz Real Estate is listed as behind the applications.

The 70-foot tall structure will yield 29,010 square feet with 21,600 square feet dedicated to residential use. The project will add 32 apartments to the low-density neighborhood, averaging 675 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. A parking garage for 16 vehicles and 16 bicycles will be on site. Residents will have access to a laundry room and rooftop recreational space with balcony.

WJK Architect will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed for the existing low-density structure. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
