Permits Filed & Renderings Revealed for Apartment Building at 37 Wilson Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

37 Wilson Ave developed by Chaim Landau,

Located between George Street and Melrose Street along Wilson Avenue in East Williamsburg, a new 5,464 square foot apartment building is slated to rise four stories, including a sub-level and a rooftop, containing eight two-bedroom apartments. The property is located just off of Flushing Avenue, not too far from the Jefferson Street subway stop on the L Train, as well as Knickerbocker Ave & Central Avenue on the M Train. The owner and developer is Chaim Landau.

The 45-foot tall building will be built using a steel structure and feature a brick facade, balconies, and large windows that face south. The site is currently empty and stands adjacent to a two-story brick structure to the south, all within a fairly residential neighborhood.

No completion date has been announced yet.

  2. Wow – the person who did this Photoshop rendering actually rendered all of the windows with a Pella label on the window and didn’t edit that out. That is a good indicator that the person doing the rendering didn’t know any better and no one reviewed or edited the work prior to sending it out into the world. That is impressive…
