Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 265 Logan Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, right next to the border with East New York. The site is two blocks away from the Norwood Avenue subway station, serviced by the J trains. Logan Fountain Developer LLC is listed as responsible for the development.

The 123-foot tall structure will yield 327,000 square feet, with 271,000 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 8,680 square feet for commercial use. 152 apartments will be created, averaging 1,780 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.

MHG Architects will be responsible for the development.

Demolition permits for the existing structure have not been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
