At 1453 Sutter Avenue, the 53-foot tall development will include 9,479 square feet spread between 10 units, averaging 948 square feet each, possibly portending condos. Both buildings will include a penthouse and a cellar.
Paul J. Hessel P.E. will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in December for the 1960’s one-story family home on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
