Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 93-09 Lamont Avenue, in Flushing, Queens. Located between Denman Street and Case Street, the interior site is three blocks from major thoroughfare Roosevelt Avenue, as well as the 90th Street – Elmhurst Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Hui Lin of Splendid Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The concrete building will yield 20,056 square feet, with 14,695 square feet dedicated to residential space. Averaging 864 square feet apiece, these 17 units will most likely be condos. The 69-foot tall structure will also have a rear yard 43 feet long.

Listed as the architect of record is Chang Hwa Tan of Tan Architect PC.

No demolition permits have been filed yet for the 1930’s single family home currently on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  2. 93-09 Lamont avenue, if near Elmhurst Avenue Subway stop, is in Elmhurst, Queens, not Flushing.

  3. 93-09 Lamont Avenue is not located in Flushing; it’s located in Elmhurst. The “Flushing” Post Office covers everything east of Long Island City to the Nassau County line, which is what your writer used for the posting address. Please correct this.
