Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 163 Johnson Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and Graham Avenue, the corner site is four block east of the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G train. The Grand Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train is nine blocks north of the proposed development lot. Yoel Werzberger of Watermark Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot tall project will yield 57,006 square feet, with 42,671 square feet designated for residential space. It will have 53 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 805 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 27 attended parking spaces.

Nataliya Donskoy of ND Architecture is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  2. Stop placing buildings there stop ruining our neighborhoods, we don’t need these buildings here. Your not making our neighborhood our area better your making it worst.

  3. Actually that building would be 3 blocks from the Montrose L. Residents would not use the Grand stop.
