Colonial Court Residences Tops Out at 8 Boulevard West in Pelham, New York

Rendering of Colonial Court - Elk Homes

Colonial Court, the fourth residential development from Elk Homes, has topped out in Pelham, New York. Located in Westchester County at 8 Boulevard West, the five-story structure is the first of its kind following a revamping of zoning and building codes designed to encourage the expansion of mixed-use commercial, office, retail, and housing projects within the Village of Pelham.

Established in 2000, Elk Homes currently owns and operates 64 properties across the New York metropolitan area and Fairfield County. Its latest property, Colonial Court, will feature two- and three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet. Penthouse units will also include 11-foot ceiling spans and fireplaces.

Residential amenities include a pet spa, full fitness center, and a rooftop terrace.

In a statement from Elk Homes chairman Gary Hirsh, pricing has not yet been determined for the units at Colonial Court. He also reports strong, unsolicited interest from potential future occupants.

  1. There could not be a building less charming.

  2. Reminds me of one of those old cold storage buildings.

  3. White plains? Affordable apartments? for who? $2500 and up isn’t for the average person with a life!

Why the Puerto Ricans can’t have a Puerto Rican specific 529 plan like every place the U.S. government controlled to put money in to the University of Puerto Rico and other private colleges in Puerto Rico.
