Permits have been filed for an eight-story apartment building at 1284 East 19th Street in Midwood, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue L and Avenue M, the interior lot is three blocks east of the Avenue M subway station, serviced by the Q train. Abe Betesh of the Abeco Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 31,490 square feet, with 26,925 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 868 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Ruslan Goychayev of RSLN Architecture is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
