  1. Please pardon me for using your space: To lounge in toilet and read your details on report about a five-story apartment building in Greenpoint. Or sit on one’s heels to follow your development reported not bad. Sometimes I will make an appointment to my boyfriend go to scaffold and talk about a five-story apartment building in Greenpoint. Or meditate and ask myself why you have to build. (Thank you and. Hello YIMBY)

    • No doubt you are both pardoned and forgiven dear David.
At least until YIMBY decides to charge rent for its comment section space.
However, perhaps you might share with us whatever it is you’re smoking, or ingesting, or vaping?
It sounds very mellow & peaceful….

  2. Not that I want to add to the congestion on the G train by promoting even more development, but YIMBY seems to always miscalculate the distance to the Greenpoint Ave G train stop. This, since there is an entrance on India street as well, which is only one block south of this particular development.
