Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 74 Diamond Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Norman Avenue and Nassau Avenue, the corner lot is five blocks east of the Nassau Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Sheng Zeng under the 74 Diamond LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will have 4,995 square feet designated for residential space. It will have five residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 999 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

Robert H Lin of A&T Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in February 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

i would like to have an application for 186 troop ave in Bedford stuvyesant bklyn

  3. Unfortunate that so many of the original little townhouses are being knocked down, not appreciated for their own merit. And all this craze to renovate….If I had the money (which now means at least a million dollars…!!) I’d buy that place and keep it as is. As long as it’s in good condition, why put functioning sinks, tile, floors, cabinets, etc into landfill? This world is making no sense anymore.

  4. Can iget application i am not from here
