  1. Thirteen parking spaces for 67 units? Where is everyone else going to park. Streets in that neighborhood are already parked full.

Demolition has been signed off on the structure which could indicate an expedited process to start the building. There will be Bicycle spaces on every floor indicating that the building will be targeting individuals who dont drive much.

  3. How do you apply for apartments listed on this site?

  4. 67 units 13parking space will not work parking in that area is already bad the owner need to add at least another 40 parking space which they could because that property used to be a bank dig down a little deeper to meet the concern of our neighborhood

  5. There needs more parking space 13 units is not enough.

Additionally we need a working class, respectful, no loud music, partying or overcrowding of residents in one apartment. There needs to be a thorough credit check and credible references before as oppose to just renting or selling it to just anyone.
