Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 43-21 64th Street in Woodside, Queens. Located between 43rd Avenue and the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, the corner lot is six blocks west of the 69 Street-Fisk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Aharon Benhamo of Mount Sinai Properties is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 116-foot-tall development will yield 129,917 square feet, with 95,180 square feet designated for residential space and 3,391 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 122 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 780 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, sub-cellar, and 58 enclosed parking spaces.

Gerald Caliendo Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
