Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 835 Maple Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 48th Street and Utica Avenue, the interior lot is seven city blocks south of the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. Yossi Schwartz is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 18,811 square feet, with 15,351 square feet designated for residential space and 3,459 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 18 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 852 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 34-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
