Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 195 Humboldt Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Meserole Street and Humboldt Street, the lot is one block west of the Montrose Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Josh Greenfeld of Miron Realty Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 9,703 square feet, with 7,076 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 884 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
